TOXIC SUBSTANCE CONTROL ACT (TSCA) REGULATORY SERVICES

ChemADVISOR recognizes how critical it is for companies that manufacture, import, process, or use chemicals in the U.S. to accurately identify how the TSCA Inventory Reset Notification Final Rule publication will affect their business.   Whether its understanding how your business is defined under TSCA to formulating a plan to obtain supplier information over the last 10 years, it is evident that this regulatory change will greatly impact many because of the short turnaround mandated by the EPA.

Important Dates to Remember:

For manufacturers and importers, the submission period began on August 11, 2017 and ends on February 7, 2018.  For processors, the submission period began on August 11, 2017 and ends on October 5, 2018.

If you are unsure how this regulatory change may affect your business, our TSCA experts are ready to assist with business strategy development to ensure compliance.

How Can We Help?

In order to confidently see this regulatory change through, we strongly recommend reviewing your supply chain over the past 10 years and record all substance information.  If you have a large substance inventory, and/or supplier information is confidential business information, this task can be daunting.  This is the first place where ChemADVISOR can help; we can perform this work for you, including acting as a third party to obtain confidential supplier data, if necessary.

In addition, our TSCA services include screening for inventory reset obligations and assisting in Form A or B submissions.  Our TSCA team is highly experienced in the EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX) and can either setup and train your company to use CDX or act as a secondary agent to complete necessary work on your company’s behalf.

We are connected and well-informed:  Our TSCA consultants can contact government authorities without revealing client information, with over 5,900 regulatory lists from over 129 countries available at their fingertips. We have already started performing this work for others in the industry, and we’d like the opportunity to demonstrate how we can help you! Call or send us an email if we can be of any assistance. In just a 20 minute phone call, ChemADVISOR’s experts can help you determine what you are required to do and what may be best for your company.  This service is offered for a fixed fee of $75 USD.  Learn more.
