CHEMICAL REGISTRATION SERVICES
Using our network of in-house expertise and third party subject matter experts, ChemADVISOR can help you to implement and execute a plan for achieving global chemical registration compliance. As a prior step to registration actions we advise an assessment of your product or substance inventory to determine your exact obligations and any exemptions that may apply (see Market Readiness).
Our experts are familiar with the various global notification and chemical registration scheme softwares and can train you to use these or work within your account to perform a registration.
ChemADVISOR employs the following measures to save your resources and protect your trade secret information:
- We have the capacity (sometimes using our network of partners) to perform a registration as a Third Party Representative (TPR), Only Representative (OR) or legal entity, wherever permitted by the government legislation.
- We can facilitate communication and compliance across confidentiality barriers by signing NDAs with your importers and suppliers to register products without disclosing information to the importers, as permitted by registration procedure.
- Our native language experts with scientific degrees and backgrounds can communicate with government agencies anonymously on your behalf.
