EPA Announces Availability of e-CDRweb

On January 4, 2012, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced the availability of the electronic reporting tool, e-CDRweb.  All companies subject to the Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) requirements under Section 8(a) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) must use eCDRweb to electronically complete and submit Form U.  Those who have already registered through EPA's Central Data Exchange (CDX) may now go back and access e-CDRweb.  Those who have not already registered must first register with CDX under the new "Submissions for Chemical Safety and Pesticide Programs (CSPP)" to access e-CDRweb.  To get to the CDX home page, follow the link below.
