ChemADVISOR has prepared three new online courses to help you understand and comply with the developing regulatory environment in China.  All of these courses are offered online in two hour sessions.  The cost for each course is $250. However, you can register for all three for only $600.

Management of New Chemicals and Toxic Chemicals for Import/Export in China - March 27
New chemicals and existing hazardous chemicals are regulated under separate legislations in China. New chemical notifications must comply with China REACH (Order No. 7 of the Ministry of Environmental Protection). This 2 hour online course covers regulatory compliance of new chemicals as well as  toxic chemicals for import/export in China; both require a registration certificate from the MEP.

Management of Hazardous Chemicals in China - March 28
Regulations on the Safety Administration of Hazardous Chemicals (Decree 591) are the principle regulations on managing hazardous chemicals in China. This 2 hour online course addresses Decree 591, its supporting measures and other regulatory information on hazardous chemicals with an emphasis on the registration and licensing requirements in China. The course will run from 9am to 11am Eastern Time.

China GHS - March 29
This 2 hour online course gives an overview of regulations and national standards on GHS implementation in China. We will compare the differences between China GHS with the UN GHS to provide attendees a better understanding of China specific requirements on GHS classification and hazard communications
