Day 2: Classification, Labelling and SDS requirements

    • Hazardous mixtures criteria and classification
    • Classification and labelling (examples and exercises to be performed by the students)

Day 3: REACH Impact – Notification and Registration – Country-specific legislation

  • Classification according to CLP Regulation (1272/2008) - Continued
  • Documentation Requirements – C&L Inventory
  • Documentation Requirements – SDS Part 1
  • Information in the Supply Chain
  • Chemical Safety Reports (CSRs)
  • EU SDS Preparation (Regulation 1272/2008)
    • Overview of Changes to SDS from CLP / REACH Regulations
    • Generating Exposure Scenarios from Chemical Safety Reports
    • The Extended SDS
    • Other Impacts of the Chemical Safety Report to the SDS
  • The Registration Dossier
  • National legislation (CHIP, etc.) incl. candidate countries
