Course Overview
This one-day course is designed to provide experienced hazard communication professionals with information on the newly developed Globally Harmonized System. The following aspects of GHS will be covered:
- Development history
- Harmonized classification criteria
- Requirements for the harmonized documents of hazard communication i.e., labeling and (M)SDSs.
Regulatory Coverage
This course covers the history of the global harmonized system and its resultant harmonized classification criteria and labeling and (M)SDS requirements.
Pre-Requisites
This course is designed for people who are already familiar with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard or people who have completed ChemADVISOR’s Material Safety Data Sheet Authoring Course or ChemADVISOR’s International Hazard Communication Course.
