ChemSDS+ for Windows is ChemADVISOR's Material Safety Data Sheet authoring program.
The features of ChemSDS+ include:
Regulatory Analysis and Property Scripts:
ChemSDS+ provides standard scripts for chemical and physical properties, and regulatory information. User customizable scripts allow for complete control in tailoring which physical and chemical properties and regulatory information appears in the final (M)SDS.
Multiple Formats:
Using the template function, data and information can be entered one time, but may be printed in various formats which can be customized by the user.
Standard Phrases and Multiple Languages:
The use of standard phrases allows for consistency among (M)SDSs, as well as the ability to generate (M)SDSs in multiple languages. There is a standard phrase library, and the user may add phrases to this library or mix standard phrases with free text.
Raw Material Database:
The user may construct a database of the raw materials used. This information can then be used to construct and calculate the final composition for product (M)SDSs.
Database Management Tools:
ChemSDS+ contains several search and organization functions which are used to subdivide the user's collection of (M)SDSs into subsets defined by common chemical components, common physical properties, or common manufacturing sites, among others.
Report Generator:
This feature of ChemSDS+ allows the user to create custom reports based upon information present on the (M)SDS for a user defined list of products.
