Darlene Susa-Anderson Elected to SCHC Board
April 14, 2008 - Darlene Susa-Anderson, ChemADVISOR’s Vice President of Environmental, Health, and Safety Services, has been elected to serve as a board member of the Society of Chemical Hazard Communication (SCHC). Ms. Susa-Anderson’s election was announced at the recent SCHC Spring Meeting in Atlanta. Georgia.
Ms. Susa-Anderson has over 25 years of professional experience in regulatory compliance. She has served as ChemADVISOR’s Vice President of EHS Services since 2002. She is a graduate of Carlow College and has a Master of Science, Pharmacology-Toxicology from Duquense University and a Master of Science, Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. She was a member of the ANSI Work Groups to revise the American National Standard for Industrial Chemicals - Precautionary Labeling and American National Standard for Industrial Chemicals - MSDS Preparation. Before coming to ChemADVISOR, Ms. Susa-Anderson worked at Fisher Scientific, Calgon Corporation, Koppers Company, and Gulf Oil.
As a board member Ms. Susa-Anderson will serve as Board liason to the Program Committee of SCHC. She will serve for a two year term.

- Promote the improvement of the business of hazard communication for chemicals.
- Educate SCHC members on hazard communication issues.
- Provide a forum for exchange of ideas and experiences.
- Enhance the awareness of members and the general public of new developments in hazard communications.
- Provide guidance or technical expertise to private, nonprofit groups and to government.
